Principal's Corner

What a wonderful school we have! Our school family filled 121 boxes for the Samaritan’s Purse giving project. That means that 121 children from all over the world will be receiving a box of gifts, information about Jesus, as well as a school community praying for them. What a blessing! This has been an incredibly busy season. Our Family Fun Night was incredible. So many families, great food, face painting, potato bar, hot chocolate bar, BINGO, games, prizes, laughter and more! Our Parent Club is such a supportive and positive group, there is none like it. We have had Thanksgiving Programs in the Pre School 4’s classes filled with great songs and loving families. Our Kindergarten Thanksgiving program was outstanding. So many of the students in school have been running miles and miles as a part of our new Recess Runners Club. They have earned shirts and badges as their mileage has increased. It has been so much fun to see all of these children race around the gym. Coming up next is participation in the Elks National Hoop Shoot where students ages 8-13 are able to compete first at school, then the top girl and boy of each of the age groups will move to the Salem Area Tournament on December 28th. We will send out more when we know more. I pray that you all have a wonderful Christmas!

In His name, Stacy
