New Student Admissions Process at Capital Christian School 

 

1. Inquire: Looking to speak to someone about Capital Christian or schedule a tour?
   Complete an Admissions Inquiry and we will be in touch soon.

2. Tour/Interview: We would like to answer your questions and show you our campus. 

3. Testing: We will contact you to set up a time for your student to come in for academic testing.

4. Register: Once your new student has been accepted, information will be provided to complete the application process and pay the registration fee. ($225/preschool 3s, $250/Preschool 4s, and $425/K-5)

At Capital Christian, we are dedicated to offering an excellent educational experience that supports each student’s growth. To ensure students are set up for success, applicants must demonstrate readiness for the grade level they are seeking. Because of this, we are unable to registerstudents whose academic performance is more than one grade level below expectations for their intended grade. This standard helps us maintain a strong learning environment while ensuring we can meet the needs of every student we serve. 

 

​To complete a PK–5th grade application, families must provide documentation of any diagnosed disability. This may include an Individualized Education Program (IEP), Private School Plan (PSP), Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), Section 504 Accommodation Plan, Individualized Learning Plan (ILP), or similar records. All documentation must be submitted before an academic assessment can be scheduled. If an applicant is currently undergoing an evaluation for a suspected disability, the registration process will pause until the evaluation is complete and the results have been shared with Capital Christian for review.
